Abstract:  Bioethics and Human Rights – Between Ethics and Law. The article advances a synthetic research on the contemporaneousness and importance of bioethics in the field of biomedical and judicial investigation. Starting with the fundamentals and principles of bioethics, our research searches for balance and harmony among experimental sciences, human rights (the person’s freedom and dignity) and the legislative system. In this multidisciplinary context, biothics is the common ground of all who look into the human destiny under science pressures, that it bioethics is the common ground where medicine, psychology, law etc. meet. Without bioethics, medical science can transform from an evolution and progress agent into puzzlement and concern regarding future (...). Hence the importance of a constant dialogue between bioethics and legislation, that is a profound analysis of bioethics phenomena developed by judicial sciences, by searching for a judicial paradigm, capable to normalise these situations according to human rights and dignity.
